Saudi regulator tightens grip on Almutakamela

Saudi Arabia’s market regulator has suspended the trading of shares of the Saudi Integrated Telecom Co (Almutakamela) in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) from April 1 ‘until the company amends its conditions,’ Arab News has reported.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) said appropriate actions will be taken if the company fails to take the necessary steps to correct its current position. Read more…
